Who we seek:

Qualified candidates must possess minimally:

​

  • A B.A. or B.Ed. or (higher) in Early Childhood Education or Education 

or

  • A post-secondary degree in an alternative field with a one- or two-year specialization diploma, degree or certification in early education or education 

  • Experience with any of the following paradigms of learning modalities: Montessori, Reggio, project-based learning or arts integration

  • One year experience leading curriculum-making and pedagogy
